With over 26 years of experience in agriculture and allied industries, Mr. Rahul Jadhav brings extensive knowledge of farming, soil science, agricultural inputs, crop management, and the challenges faced by farming communities.
As the founder of Palvi Agro Chemicals and Fertilizer Pvt. Ltd., he has led the development of agricultural products, including fertilizers, pesticides, and plant growth regulators, gaining valuable experience in improving agricultural productivity and supporting farmers.
The gap he recognised
Farmers often focus on growing crops without knowing where, how, or at what price their produce will be sold.
Throughout his journey, he has recognised this critical gap in Indian agriculture.

As CEO of Palvi Farm Fresh, Mr. Jadhav is working towards building an integrated agricultural ecosystem that connects farmers with knowledge, production planning, technical guidance, quality standards, procurement networks, and domestic and international markets.
His approach focuses on shifting agriculture from traditional production-led selling to market-driven farming, where farmers understand buyer requirements and market demand before deciding what to grow.
Under his leadership, Palvi Farm Fresh aims to develop export-ready crop clusters, promote quality-focused cultivation, support agri-entrepreneurs, and create dependable connections between Maharashtra’s agricultural producers and global buyers.
