• - Drive sales targets by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product categories.
• - Maintain floor organization, shelf displays, stock replenishment, and presentation standards.
• - Register and onboard new customers while gathering feedback to boost retention.
• - Coordinate floor associates to ensure proper task execution, coverage, and discipline.
